SUMMER SALES ASSOCIATE
This position is part of 16 week Summer Program. Our hope is to cultivate your skills to the level that next summer, you can build and manage your own team. We will be hiring 35+ Summer Sales Associates to join the ALPHA family. You must be available from late-April to mid-August to be eligible. Our Associates are HIGHLY PAID, engage in real project work and are part of our team. Best part of this program? You will make more in 16 weeks than most people do all year and you will learn a valuable set of highly transferable skills. If you are looking to gain experience from sales masters and get your career off to a great start, this may be the program for you.
The principle goal for the Summer Sales Associate will be to diligently execute the day-to-day activities required to help at least 32 home owners get their roofs replaced through Insurance Claims that qualify as “Acts of God”. The major objective is to perfect existing skills, learn and understand new ones, and successfully be person that metaphorically holds that hand of the customer through this experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily canvassing of storm affected areas
Assisting Customer in filing of claim
Photographic collection of existing damage taken and uploaded daily
Daily reporting of pipeline through active system management
Attendance at adjuster meetings
Attendance on build day
Supplemental Insurance report submission and follow up
Customer Communication throughout job
Collection of payments from customers
Request of customer for 5-star review where applicable
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently in University or recently graduated
2 years experience in Door to Door work
Proficient with Excel, Google Docs, Word and Email
Excellent attention to detail and naturally strong memory
Comfort with heights and climbing
The skill of negotiation
Active listening
Solution-oriented thinking
Good communication and writing skills
SALARY:
$32,000+
A First year associate should earn no less that $1000 per sale, and our employees average 2-3 sales per week. Over the 16 weeks of our summer sales period, you can earn between $32,000-$100,000+ based on the averages already given. Returning members and Managers make significantly more.
In the Alpha summer sales experience, you are placed on a sales team. Our hope is to provide a sense of camaraderie within your team and constructive competition with other teams leading to some perks and prizes. Your team leader will be a great resource to you as you learn the ropes of sales and set out to succeed.

As a manager, you get a commission override on your team. We believe and hope that you would earn much more than this, but you should certainly not earn any less.

SUMMER VIDEOGRAPHY INTERN
This position is part of 16 week Summer Program. We will be hiring 35+ Summer Sales Associates to join the ALPHA family. You must be available from late-April to mid-August to be eligible. Our Associates tend to be LDS and will have constant training throughout the summer. Your role would be as a part of the team with a focus on documenting the process through pictures and video type project work. Best part of this program? You will be in a great environment with all expenses paid for! If you are highly creative and want the freedom to create with light structure and get your career off to a great start, this may be the program for you.
The principle goal for the Summer Videography Intern will be to diligently document the day-to-day activities within our program and edit them to create Training Videos, Marketing Videos and Promotional Videos. We are also hoping to have improved Before and After photos. The major objective is to perfect your existing skills, learn and understand new ones, and put your talents to real world applications that will reach thousands immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend Sales Trainings and go into the field with the sales teams
Fly Drones to capture videos that tell stories
Review Photographic collection of existing damage taken by other Associates and determine best use for it aside from its original intent
Interview Associates and Clients to Build Case Studies
Update website, Youtube and other relevant locations
Create Time Lapse Videos on several build days
Edit Footage to tell the proper story
Record and Document Group Activities, Team Building and Sport or Social events
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently in University or recently graduated
Currently Own a Drone or experienced in flying one (licence preferred)
Proficient with all Video Editing Software
Excellent attention to detail and naturally strong memory
Comfort with heights and climbing
Active listening for purposes of knowing what parts to edit in order to retell the story effectively and concisely.

What is the transportation situation?
Dallas is not a public transportation friendly city. You are encouraged to bring your own car however, many others will also bring vehicles and we have company cars available. If you have a car, bring it. If not, you won’t have any problems!
What is there to do for fun around Dallas?
There is a whole slew of fantastic activities in the Dallas area!
– A variety of different groups travel through Dallas. Gun nut? There’s a gun show almost weekly. Live music? Take your pick of bands! Feel like dancing? Simply point in a direction and walk.
– You will certainly enjoy places such as Top Golf, laser tag, bowling, mini golf, go karts, arcades, and downtown nightlife.
– Sports fan? GREAT! You are surrounded by different arenas and stadiums.
– Outdoorsy types: you will be close to not just one, but two lakes. The Lewisville and Grapevine lakes offer mountain biking, camping and fishing.
– Dallas boasts a fantastic aquarium as well as two different zoos that happen to be great date spots.
– You will also be close to several shopping centers, malls, and movie theaters.
Do you have signing bonuses?
No, We feel that while signing bonuses are great, its something that you have to do if you if your supply doesn’t meet demand. We are the only company that pays 100% of housing, food and gasoline. We are confident that you will leave our program with more money that you would have at any other (and that includes and signing bonus).
What type of training will I receive?
You have an opportunity to work with some high class professionals in Dallas! Leaders have a variety of backgrounds, which mean you will receive coaching in public speaking and how to use silence to your advantage. Training in neuro linguistic programming focuses on how you present yourself and how you are seen by the customer. We also teach you different sales techniques such as how to ask direct questions and use proper presentation, how to use audible pauses to your advantage, and even some color psychology! These are skills you can take with you into any field and will be a great benefit to your future career.
Will there be Team Building?
Our team building exercises are too much to list. It will be better than any camp you ever attended!
